1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Whenever you use the Site Services (defined below), make a purchase of any product through the Site, access or use the Site in any manner set forth herein, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, with or without notice.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site and/or the Site Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Site or Site Services.

1.3 We may modify these Terms from time to time and any changes to these Terms will be reflected on the Site with the updated version of the Terms and you agree to be bound by any changes to these Terms by using the Site or the Site Services. We may also, in our sole and absolute discretion, choose to alert by email all users for whom we hold email information about such modifications.

1.4 In addition, from time to time there may be information on the Site or Services on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions which may relate to service descriptions, pricing, availability and various other information and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update the information at any time without notice.

1.5 By uploading, submitting, entering any information or material on the Site or using any of the Services on the Site, you will be deemed to have agreed to and understood these Terms.

 

2.Warranty
2.1 All of our products are tested by our manufacturer in an independent laboratory to ensure they comply with all US, EU and other international standards. The durability test guarantees up to 50 washes with partial disappearance of the names during the washes.
It is done 24 hours after booking. 100% cotton fabrics are used, smooth, without fluff or "lint" with an average thickness of 0.3 mm - 0.5 mm, washing is done using neutral soap, coconut soap and other types of soap without active chlorine or other substances that promote stain removal. Showing a slight partial disappearance between washes number 1 to 30 and total total disappearance between washes number 31 to 50. Other types of fabrics not tested may give different results.

Constant friction with skin or other surfaces can shorten the life of ink on fabric, wood, plastic, or metal.

Gel alcohol, ethyl alcohol 46º to 100º, salt water, excessive sweat or other substances that contain ammonia, reduce the durability and or remove the paint when they are in contact for long periods or repeatedly.

The guarantee of our products covers a period of 120 days against manufacturing defects, contact us after receiving the product. Accidental damage and/or removal of names caused by non-recommended use is not covered by the warranty.
