Bought and want to cancel:

1. If the product has not yet been personalized or shipped: contact us as soon as possible so that we can refund your purchase amount.
2. If the product has already been shipped: it will be necessary to refuse delivery when the postman arrives at your door. Our Quality Department will analyze it, and we will refund you 100%.
3. If the product has already arrived at your home: You have 7 days to exercise your consumer right. It will be necessary to return our product to our office. Our Quality Department will analyze the product, if there are no marks of use or defect we will refund you. Note: Return shipping charges will be at buyer's expense.
4. If the product arrived defective: Our Quality Department will analyze the product through photos and videos, if there are no signs of use or defect we will refund you 100% or, if you choose, we will send you a new product without value of your purchase.
5. If the product arrived missing: The buyer must contact us within 7 days. A photo or video of the product and packaging will be requested for verification. If the absence of the products is cancelled, we will resend or refund the amount referring to the missing item.

IMPORTANT: Once your refund has been approved, we will not refund third-party bank accounts.

In cases of returns, the buyer must take the package to the post office to carry out the return postage. We do not carry out home collection

By making the purchase, you also agree to the policies in this term.

In cases of product defects, it is essential that a video of a maximum of 1 minute be sent demonstrating the product defect. The claim period is a maximum of 7 days.

Refunds made without returning the product to our warehouses or with orders still in the delivery route, may be understood as fraud attempts at the time of purchase. In case of return, there will be a refusal at the time of delivery or return using the return label. Failure to comply with these measures will be considered a violation of the law.
